Tip of the day: When it’s time to be productive, turn off distractions. Some people think they can “multitask”, but if you look at any scientific research on the subject, that is a fallacy.
Your mind and attention can only be on one thing at a time. When you have distractions or multiple things going on at once, you are killing your productivity and your concentration muscle.
Turn off social media, the TV or anything else that’s not necessary to getting the task at hand done. After you complete the mission, you can go back to doing as many things as you want.
