The heat of battle is only increasing.
Don’t let the lithium filled chemtrail clouds leave you dumb and docile, thinking everything is okay because other people seem to be living normally.
Everything happening is going on beneath the surface.
The surface is the theatre to entertain the Muggles.

Tip of the day: Let go of the habits that have been keeping you in rut. Reflect and write down your list of activities you do each day. Pay attention to the things you do on a regular basis to “escape”.
That could be social media, watching television, eating certain foods, drinking alcohol, smoking weed, taking pills or some other “vice”.
Realize that getting into a routine is like digging yourself into a rut. Even if you’re developing good habits everyday, do them differently or at a different time of day, or in some other way that is new.
This is a small thing you can do to begin thinking more critically, be more present, step out of your comfort/rut zone and start to achieve more in your life and feel more satisfied and fulfilled.
Like the saying goes, “You can’t get to second base with your foot on first.”
